My Life ?

Blog is technically like my on-the-go diary, or a place where i can write how i feel, (even though everything)
So here it is ...
There are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much drama in my life (you wouldn't even guessed)
i couldn't even think of anything "dramaless"

"SUICIDE"
You would never have guessed that i often thought of it.
i just haven't have the gut yet.
though i mostly thought of my families or boyfriend (no 's') :p
i thought ... 
what would they be if i die ... (like they care at all )

probably you would think that this person (or anyone else) has nothing to fear or worry about in his/her life by looking from pictures or gossips or anything like that.
well, you're wrong.
everyone has their own problems
they just don't showed in pictures
they might be smiling in photos, but you might never have guessed what's inside him/her.
their mind might be full of craps and about to blow up, but they're still smiling.
their heart might be tearing crazily, but they're still smiling
Because pictures are made to keep happy moments.
worries, sadness, or anything bad are meant to be forgotten.


Well, i guess i've went out of the topic
so anyway ...
i still don't know where this going ...

We should remember that no matter what's going on in life, no matter how hard it is, there's always a way out of it. It's only the matter of time.

Wreck This Journal

Well, i'm stuck at home for the whole day.
And i'm freaking bored.

Churros ✌

I've never eaten a churros before so i never knew what it taste like.
I got this website from my friend of churros recipe.
So, this afternoon, i tried to make them. It works!
it's very easy and it doesn't need a very long time. it took me about 30 minutes exclude the dishes.
Now i'll share the recipe with you :)

Churros

Ingredients :
150 ml water
50g margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
150g flour
2 eggs
Oil

Toppings : sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon (powder)

Dipping chocolate :
Any choice of chocolate bar + 1 Tsbp milk
- melt chocolate and add 1 Tbsp of milk. Use double boiler.

- heat the water, margarine, salt and sugar. bring to boil
- add flour slowly and stir (in low heat)
- remove from heat. Add the eggs one by one. Stir
- add batter into a pipping bag
- heat the oil. When it starts to produce bubbles, slowly and carefully pipe out the batter as long as you like. Don't forget to turn the churros onto the other side after a while.
- remove churros from heat if it has turned golden brown. Add toppings immidiately.
- serve with your dipping chocolate if ypu like.

3-days-of-quite-fun-break

a month ago, it was my cousin's wedding. "Happy Weddingggg!!"
so, i had a chance to skip school for 3 days. it wasn't "that" fun, but it was okay.



I bet you think i'm crazy for bringing such a big luggage for only 3 days.
i brought a dress with me. that's why i need such a big one.

First day, went to the flower dome with mama.
It was well decorated but doesn't have many amazing flower species in it.

i took a walk at the swimming pool and looking at the view ...
Singapore is so full of lights. it is what makes it so beautiful.

after a short walk upstairs, i had my dinner at the buffet which i forget the name.
it was, well, good actually. but the desserts are not as what i expected. 






sadly, the macaroons are for display only.

 and we need to pay for these if we want one.
this ones, too.


the mini chocolate lava cake is my favourie one.
it's the most delicious one among the others

i found blackberries at the Cold Storage and i bought a box of them.
i didn't expect the taste will be like that.
it was sweet but bitter in the end.
i turned out to be throwing half box of them.


The last day, i bought Auntie Anne's which is delicious.

 i was so in love with this Miss Selfridge dress at the first sight.
but when i tried them on, i looked sooooooooo fat.
so, i didn't buy them in the end. lol

Overall, i quite enjoy my short trip, even though 
i didn't have enough time to do everything i wanted to.

Fruit Tart

well, hello there!:)
i would like to share fruit tart recipe today.
i made some earlier this day and it worked :D
so here it is......

Ingredients:
Tart crust :
43g of flour
15g of castor sugar
31g of butter (cut into small cubes)

Filling :
100 ml of milk
a drop of vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
16g of granulated sugar
15g of flour

Toppings:
Any assorted fruit. Cut into small cubes or pieces
Jelly powder
Hot water

Instructions:
For the crust :
- combine all ingredients using your fingers, until mixture becomes dough. add more flour if mixture looks kinda wet. 
- use 2 plastics and put dough in between. roll the dough until flat and thin (but not too thin). put the flat dough into the molds and press it with fingers to make it  compact. don't forget to keep the thickness consistent.
- refrigerate for 20 minutes (freeze)

For the filling :
- beat egg and sugar together until soft and fluffly and color become pale
- add in flour. While beating, boil the milk. And then add to the egg mixture. Beat for several minutes.
- heat up the egg mixture. Stir while heating. Until mixture thickens.
- add in vanilla and stir.

For the toppings:
- any assorted fruit cut into small cubes or pieces.
- for the glaze, you can use jelly powder mix with some hot water and use pastry brush and brush it onto the fruit.

Decorate your fruit tart(s) as desire.



Notes to remember:
- add more flour to the crust if it's too wet or soft
- do not forget to use the aluminium foil and put some weight onto the crust
- do not overcooked the tart crust or it will burnt.
- add more flour to the filling cream if it's too slushy.

Sweet Sixteen ❤

Due to very lame internet connection, finally i can post it today.


I'm officially 16!!!
But things are just the way they were. Nothing new.
However, 
i still wish for everything to be great this year. everything will be as what i've expected.
i wish for a happy, healthy and loving life. and most of all, i wish all my wishes will come true.

on 15th February, i got surprises from my best friends and my love :)
